New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against crypto exchange KuCoin for operating in the state without registering with authorities. The move is part of James’ ongoing efforts to bring cryptocurrency companies under state regulation. Martin Act violation by crypto exchange KuCoin.
