The Supreme Court of the District of Columbia denied the founder of MicroStrategy Michael Saylor to dismiss the lawsuit on the fact of non-payment of income taxes. This is reported Bloomberg. The DC authorities sued Saylor in August 2022, alleging that he had evaded more than $25 million in income tax since 2005.
