The New Hampshire Banking Department, responsible for overseeing the licensing process, granted the license, now visible on the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Interested parties can verify the license’s authenticity by searching for “Alchemy Pay Inc.” or by using the NMLS ID “2449570”. This authorization allows Alchemy Pay to engage in activities such as selling or issuing payment instruments, storing value, and transmitting currency, adhering to the state’s regulatory standards.

Alchemy Pay’s Strategic Expansion

Alchemy Pay has been strategically obtaining compliant licenses across the USA, reflecting its commitment to legal adherence and its ambition to provide comprehensive crypto payment services. In line with its expansive approach, Alchemy Pay has also applied for MTLs in other U.S. states, anticipating more successful outcomes shortly.

The company’s announcement on March 3rd about its 2024 roadmap shed light on its future directions, including enhancing On & Off-Ramp services, launching Crypto Card Solutions, developing a new Web3 digital bank product, and securing regulatory licenses globally. The New Hampshire MTL marks an early success in this roadmap, exemplifying Alchemy Pay’s resolve to overcome compliance hurdles and extend its service offerings worldwide.

Furthermore, Alchemy Pay has not limited its licensing endeavors to the United States alone. It has successfully obtained licenses in multiple countries, showcasing its global compliance strategy. The company is actively seeking additional licenses, including the Authorised Payment Institution License (API) in the UK, Money Service Operator License (MSO) in Hong Kong, Virtual Asset Service Providers License (VASP) in Korea, and others, demonstrating its commitment to global expansion while adhering to regulatory standards.

Founded in Singapore in 2017, Alchemy Pay aims to bridge the gap between traditional fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. It offers various services, including an On & Off-Ramp solution, NFT Checkout, and Crypto Card Solutions, supporting transactions in 173 countries. The Alchemy Pay network token, ACH, is based on the Ethereum blockchain, contributing to the ecosystem’s growth and utility. By securing licenses in strategic jurisdictions worldwide, Alchemy Pay is positioning itself as a leader in the crypto payment services sector, ensuring safe, reliable, and comprehensive payment solutions for users globally.
