Nubit has recently announced its successful testnet integration with Manta Network, marking a milestone in their continuous journey to refine blockchain technology. This partnership signifies the union of Nubit’s robust data availability layer with Manta Network’s Manta Pacific Modular Layer 2 (L2), heralding a new era of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security in the blockchain realm.

A New Era of Blockchain Efficiency

The integration of Manta Pacific, renowned as the premier and most expansive modular Layer 2 solution, with Nubit’s innovative technology, promises to significantly elevate the operational capabilities of both platforms. 

This collaboration not only enhances the functionality of Manta Network but also fortifies it with Nubit’s scalable and trustless data availability layer, ensuring a seamless and secure blockchain experience.

Nubit’s integration into Manta Network commences when Manta forwards transaction batches to Nubit, which then processes and transmits these across its network. 

This mechanism involves Nubit preparing inclusion proofs and generating a data root for each batch, certifying the authenticity and integrity of the transactions. These proofs and data are crucial as they are submitted to Layer 1 (L1) to affirm the security and verifiability of the transactions within the blockchain.

By utilizing the inclusion proofs provided by Nubit, Manta Network can assure its users and network participants of the secure handling and publication of transactions. Nubit’s employment of KZG commitments ensures that all transaction data is both verifiable and resistant to tampering, thereby bolstering the overall security and reliability of the network.
