Binance denies sale speculation, with CZ and He Yi affirming expansion plans through partnerships, acquisitions, and maintaining market leadership.
Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has denied recent rumors about the sale of the cryptocurrency exchange. The founder of Binance addressed rumors on X account on February 17 by saying ““Some lowly self-perceived competitor in Asia fudding about Binance (CEX) for sale.” Binance remains an unsellable asset because it stands as a shareholder entity.
He Yi who serves as Binance co-founder told the media that rumors were baseless. She stated the rumors emerge because rivals try to mislead the general public. He Yi explains that Binance continuously partners with institutional entities for both investment and cooperative opportunities. Binance runs a policy of non-sale which means the company will not sell itself.
He Yi posted a message on her X account before taking to the platform regarding the matter. She accused her competitors of using false information as a crisis PR strategy by purchasing mass-media articles to generate rumors and redirect attention.
He Yi shared that Binance gets frequent proposals for partnership deals. Bitcoin reaching new price highs made trading platforms more attractive as profitable business models to investors and cooperation partners. Many institutions seek Binance out for possible business dealings and investments.
He Yi confirmed through media statements that Binance is actively seeking business partnerships for acquisitions. She invites any exchange thinking about selling their operations to initiate direct contact with Binance.
Currently, Binance continues strengthening its position within the cryptocurrency market. Binance maintains its position as the world’s largest cryptocurrency trading platform by volume while remaining an essential contributor to the digital asset market.
The market leadership of Binance attracts continuous attention from regulatory bodies and industry competitors. The company extends its business operations and investigates new business ventures despite ongoing regulatory oversight.
Both CZ and He Yi have explicitly stated multiple times that Binance does not have any intention of being acquired or sold. The company representatives have strengthened their dedication to expansion by building alliances and making strategic acquisitions. The company stays devoted to keeping its leading position within the cryptocurrency sector.
