Binance Academy and University of Oulu Introduce ‘Blockchain for Business Sustainability’ Course

Binance Academy, the top crypto exchange Binance’s crypto learning forum, is introducing an exclusive online course. As per Binance, Binance Academy is unveiling the “Blockchain for Business Sustainability” course in partnership with the Finland-based University of Oulu. The course intends to impart knowledge concerning blockchain technology’s role in driving sustainable business activities and wider environmental responsibility.

‘Blockchain for Business Sustainability’ Course Educating Community about Blockchain Technology

Binance Academy has reportedly developed the “Blockchain for Business Sustainability” course in collaboration with Professor Dr. Teck Ming (Terence) Tan. He is known as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Helsinki and Associate Professor of Marketing at Oulu Business School. The course caters to the increasing attention given to sustainability and delves into blockchain technology’s role in enabling eco-friendly business approaches.

While discussing this development, Professor Dr. Teck Ming (Terence) Tan said that this collaboration explores 5 chief domains. They include supply chain management, ESG reporting, renewable energy, incentivization, and circular economy. Hence, the initiative targets to clarify the things that blockchain technology can achieve.

In addition to this, it also helps understand this sector’s role in establishing a sustainable future. The partnership serves as an inspiring journey, enabling the sharing of knowledge concerning the blockchain ecosystem’s radical contribution to sustainable business operations. As per Stephen McAllister, the Binance Academy Team Lead, Binance Academy believes in empowering blockchain users and the wide-scale blockchain adoption.

According to Binance, the course is in English and without any cost as a three-week, self-paced program. It comprises twelve modules and quizzes will be given at each week’s end to evaluate the learning progress. Following that, on completion, the University of Oulu and Binance Academy will offer a co-branded certificate to the participants.
