Grayscale innovates its altcoin funds based on market conditions and investor demand.
At this point, Grayscale has made significant changes to its multi-asset funds. According to the latest statement, Grayscale has updated its DEFG and GSC funds and added altcoins Ondo Finance (ONDO) and Hedera (HBAR).
Grayscale announced that it has revised the asset weights of its funds following its review for the second quarter of 2025.
Grayscale DeFi Fund has added Ondo Finance (ONDO) to its portfolio. Following this addition, the adjusted base assets now include Uniswap (UNI) at 34.01%, Aave (AAVE) at 30.74%, and Ondo (ONDO) at 18.22%.
In Grayscale Smart Contract Fund (GSC Fund), Polkadot (DOT) was removed, Hedera (HBAR) was added, and after the adjustment, Ethereum (ETH) is 30.22%, Solana (SOL) 29.87% and Cardano (ADA) 18.57% as primary assets.
Grayscale AI Fund maintained its current holdings with major holdings of Bittensor (TAO) 29.10%, NEAR Protocol (NEAR) 28.41%, and Render (RENDER) 17.34%.
