Lido V3 brings stVaults, a non-custodial smart contract for users and institutions to select specific node operators. While Kiln Finance is the institutional layer for on-chain assets, it provides staking and yield infrastructure to custodians, exchanges, wallets, and other platforms, facilitating $ETH staking at scale. Lido V3 has released this news through its official social media X account.

Kiln supports stVaults at the backend by facilitating users with easy access to liquidity via stETH, and also gives a chance to users to get benefits from Kiln’s high-performing infrastructure. Basically, Kiln always tries to supply simple, easy, and compliance-ready transparency to institutions. Traditional staking offers restricted the liquidity potential and operator choices in the development of staking-native yield.

Sometimes staking offers stronger and better validator operator outcomes, but neglects the illiquid capital unattended. stVaults permit $ETH to remain staked on Kiln-operated validators, enabling optional stETH minting, eliminating the traditional trade-off between liquidity and operator choices.  stVaults permit better risk-adjusted staking outcomes than pooled liquid staking models by aligning with traditional stETH liquidity with Kiln.

In short, both platforms are carefully working and utilizing their abilities for the betterment of selected goals with seamless processes. Because the main focus of the partnership is specifically relevant for wallets, fintechs, and institutional platforms that are entirely dependent on Kiln as a trusted infrastructure provider.
