There have been changes in the top 10 rankings on Coinmarketcap. Accordingly, XRP and Solana (SOL) showed a remarkable performance and left Tether and BNB behind.
While XRP recently surpassed Tether, today Solana surpassed BNB in market value.
According to the data, the market value of XRP increased to $138.98 billion today, surpassing the largest stablecoin USDT.
Apart from this, Solana’s market value reached $103.9 billion, leaving BNB, which has a market value of $101 billion, behind.
XRP’s surpassing of USDT coincides with USDT experiencing a $1.6 billion drop following the introduction of the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
Despite this decline in USDT, Tether continues to dominate the stablecoin market.
According to the latest changes, XRP rose to the 3rd place among the largest cryptocurrencies, while Tether (USDT) fell to the 4th place.
In addition, Solana left Binance Coin (BNB) behind and rose to the 5th place, while BNB fell to the 6th place.
